Facilitated E-Learning

Combines the great content from e-learning courses with the value of active participation in live learning.  You and your company will benefit from the knowledge of the facilitator as well as the real life experiences of other participants.  Click here to see what others are saying.

The program will aid you in overcoming some of the challenges associated with standard e-learning courses such as:
 - not allocating time for it                  - distractions
 - lack of focus                                  - low motivation

Since our unique Facilitated E-Learning program meets weekly it will help you make learning a priority and include it in your schedule.  By participating in a classroom outside your office you can avoid many distractions and interruptions such as phone calls, e-mails, staff, and other tasks.  In a classroom setting you will be more likely to take notes which is an effective way to help remember the information.

Other participants and the facilitator will help you stay focused and motivated.  The interaction will keep you interested and aid in your learning.  In addition, you will be encouraged to put together an action plan to implement what you have learned.
